Following the success of Vodafone’s TOBi AI Chat Bot, I worked closely with London-based CX company, Hellon, to create a similar tone for the tech provider’s new ‘Ultra Hub’ app. The app featured over 150 pieces of original copy to help facilitate the installation of new WiFi routers. The project also utilised my knowledge of UX and UI to ensure the app was as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. The project also saw me coordinating weekly sessions with members of Vodafone's C-Suite and project management team, where I would explain the creative decisions behind the work.
